We are proud to be an Alberta Approved Farmers’ Market and operate under a Make it, Bake it, Grow it philosophy. Preference is given to vendors offering homegrown, homemade, or home-baked products. We do accept MLM’s, however we do follow the 80/20 Rule.

Who Can Apply

We welcome applications from vendors offering:

• Fresh, locally grown produce

• Home-baked goods

• Handmade and handcrafted items

• Artisan products made by the vendor

All products must be made, grown, or produced by the vendor and clearly listed on the application form.

How to Apply

To apply as a vendor, please follow these steps carefully:

1. Review the Market Rules & Regulations and Market Requirements

2. Complete the Vendor Application Form, which can be found at the bottom of this page

3. Email your completed application to:

Please include the following with your email:

• At least three (3) clear photos of your products (no collages)

• Your business card

• Any required certifications (if applicable)

• Your social media links so we can help promote your business

✨ We encourage vendors to also share the Strathmore Farmers’ Market on their social media once accepted to help spread the word and celebrate your participation! ✨

Vendor Approval & Payment Information

• Payments will not be accepted until your application has been officially approved

• Vendor approval is not guaranteed and may be subject to review by the Market Manager and/or Market Board

• Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email

• After approval, all e-transfer payments should be sent to:

Important Notes

• Booth placement is determined by the Market Manager

• Vendors may be limited to selling approved products only

• Food vendors must comply with Alberta Health Services and Alberta Approved Farmers’ Market regulations

• Payment must be received by Wednesday at 9:00 p.m. to secure a space for that week’s market
